Grab your camera & Ready..Set ...GO!

We are just a little bit competitive. In a healthy, fun loving, serious kind of way.
While we were vacationing in Florida...after the storm passed and the sun came out, we signed up for a photo scavenger hunt contest. There were 25 "photos" on the list. We had 40 minutes to get as many photos as we could and get back before the deadline. We were told we would earn extra points for creativity and that we needed to read the description very carefully...or we might not get credit at all.

Here is a sample of our photo scavenger hunt scrapbook.
1. Everyone hugging a tree! 2.  Captaining a boat!  3.  In front of a fountain!  4.  Smelling the flowers!
5.  Making a sand angel!  6.  Everyone upside down!  7.  Dancing on the 18th hole! 8. On a slide!

It was a total blast! We didn't win because another team beat us back...and because I misread one of the photo descriptions...yes..I'll take the blame. Everyone had fun. No one complained and we have all these cute photos to show for it!

Kerri got to see these photos early on my instagram. She had to have been wondering what in the world we were doing. I'm new to using instagram as a social network...but if you are there, I'd love to see what fun photos you are instagramming too. Leave me a comment to tell me how to find you. I'm there as "jensinkpen"!

Happy Thursday!

I'm linking up here for alphabe-Thursday!
The letter for today is G!
Come on over and join the fun!

  4. How fun! I like the picture at the 18th hole! Your boat is creative too...it looks like Emily is holding a big 25 lb weight for a wheel...but she can't be holding that with one hand!

  9. How fun is that!? I may have to steal this idea for a neighborhood party. I'm on instagram but I rarely use it. I thought I'd be all over it, but I use my regular camera mostly. Maybe if I paid attention to the social part of it, I'd use it more so let's hook up. I'm MAWlovesBSD.
