Black Bean Salsa..a new favorite!

It's addictive...and delish...and really really good for you!
It's easy to make and a total crowd pleaser.

Black Bean Salsa
2 cans black beans - drained
1 can yellow corn - drained
1 can white corn - drained
6 Roma tomatoes - diced
1/2 red onion - chopped
1/2 bunch cilantro - chopped
1 avocado - diced
1/4 cup of low fat italian dressing

Mix together.
Refrigerate until ready to serve with Tortilla Chips.

It's amazing!

  2. Jen we just made some fresh salsa with tomatoes and cilantro. There is nothing like the homemade taste. Yours sounds great too. Love the addition of avacado. Eldest just got her first job. Made me think of your Chic filet post!

  4. Yummy. That does look good. I have a couple of versions of black bean salsa recipes. I will have to pull mine out and make some, or copy yours now. We love it!
