I do not do much in the way of decorating for fall. I've been so inspired by many of you who decorate more for fall than I do for Christmas. Although, I still can't bring myself to spend the money or energy to go all out!
I did decide, however, to do a little more with my pumpkins this year than just sit them on the front porch!
When it gets closer to Halloween, I'll put out some spider webs and hang a few ghosts in the trees....just in time for the trick-or-treaters, but for now, I'm really happy with my little pumpkins in costumes!
Enjoy the season...and all the candy!
I'm participating in Alphabe-Thursday!
Today's letter is the letter "D".

Wonderfully festive! (And a perfect D word) Thanks for sharing-
ReplyDeleteThey look great. That's all the decorations you need!
ReplyDeleteI am with you. I don't do much in the way of Halloween decor. But my daughter is feeling left out. I like your solution. Oh so cute! And do-able.
ReplyDeletethose are cute little costumes ... i dont do much decorating in fall now that my daughter is older ... but your post makes me want to haul it all out and get the place looking scary ... or at least festive!
ReplyDeleteFor years, I didn't do any Halloween decorating, but now with Grandkids coming to Trick or Treat, I'm getting into the fun. These pumpkin costumes are right up my little bit of decorating with CUTE stuff alley!
ReplyDeleteThese are too cute!!! Love them!
ReplyDeleteThese are such fun! JDaniel would laugh and laugh if he saw them.
ReplyDeleteCUTTTE!!!
ReplyDeletekiddos and i are getting our pumpkins this week as have relies from australia arriving on the weekend...from spring to fall for them!!
melissa xx
love the little witches shoes!!
ReplyDeleteMy kids have been wanting to carve pumpkins for weeks. . .because we have so many. . .20 pumpkins when we counted! This would be a great way for them to have fun without rotten pumpkins on my hands!
CUTE pumpkins! We're getting ours (finally!) this weekend! We're a little behind here! I'm amazed at what I see around blog land in terms of Halloween/fall decorating...wow! We do not have nearly that amount of decorations! I always think I will hit the stores the day after for discounted decorations...but then after the holiday...it's the last thing I want to spend money on!
ReplyDeleteSuch fun! So far, only witches hanging around the abode here:)
ReplyDeleteSoooo much fun - I love it!!
ReplyDeleteSo cute...
ReplyDeleteYou'll have to post a picture after you finish it!
Very cute, Jen.
ReplyDeleteI have two mumkins (mums in a pumpkin planter)on my porch, but they still haven't bloomed. They have plenty of buds, but no blooms.
Have a great day! La
You're neither five in front nor five behind my D but I couldn't resist your title- and I haven't been disappointed! Lovely!
ReplyDeletelove the decoration.
ReplyDeletewell planned D post.
Love your "punkins!!" I haven't put any out in a while, but maybe I will reconsider this year!!
ReplyDeleteLove the pumpkins! We have little Mr. Potato Head things for pumpkins too, the kids love them.
ReplyDeleteI usually bust out all the Halloween decorations on Oct 1st, but I learned my lesson last year that if I buy pumpkins early, they are rotten by Halloween from the heat/moisture.
ReplyDeleteSo, now I'm feeling like I've waited this long, it's silly to get them out for such a short time. Kind of depressing. :( Maybe I'll get them out over the weekend.
I'm with you on the Halloween stuff.
ReplyDeleteBut watch out for Christmas, BABY!
oh those are just too cute thanks for sharing
ReplyDeleteI think what you did is cute! And I bet the kids love it.
ReplyDeleteSuch cute and clever decorations!
ReplyDeleteDo the pumpkins go bad slower if you do that instead of carving them?
We can barely get ours carved two days before. With the heat they just go bad almost instantly.
Thanks for a charming stop on our little journey through Alphabe-Thursday's letter "D"!
Your pumpkins and you get an A+ for the week.
