Eggs taste best when they are fried so that the yolk "pops" when you cut into them!
The only thing that would make eggs taste better is if they came from the chicken coop in my own back yard. Except...remember, I have a Beagle, therefore, I will not be building a chicken coop anytime soon.

I love eggs for breakfast. So simple and fast! Whenever my son wants a shaped sandwich I use a cookie cutter to make the shape. Then I save the leftover bread to make myself toad in the hole for breakfast. It's perfect because it's a whole slice with just the middle cut out!
