Jonathan has had the best time playing flag football this fall. Several of his good buddies are on is team and that means that several of our friends are on the sidelines.
Last week, the coach sent an email letting us know that he would be out of town on the day of practice. The boys still wanted to practice, so it was soon decided that the Dad's should join in for a Father-Son game.
Only a few of the boys came with their Dads. I suppose those other Dads don't play football. Anyway, what a great practice. I stopped by to snap a few pictures. It was so much fun to watch. All of the boys were super competitive. The final score was 56 to 56. Perfect, right? I mean the dads were not going to let the boys have it, but they didn't want to crush them. Seriously...they were really trying!
Loving the game...and the boy and his Dad!

ReplyDeleteLOVE THIS! I love flag football! Loved playing in school. I think our neighbors have organized a FF game on Thanksgiving a few times. I'll have to ask them if they'll resurrect the idea.
