It's one of my favorite fast and tasty treats.....it's my new addiction really.... it is the Granola Parfait from Chic-fila!
I had never even thought of trying it until Emily starting working at Chic-fila. She brought one home after work and I was smitten.
It is a great snack and it's only about 240 calories. Well for me it is about 300 calories because I ask for an extra pack of granola....or 2!
What healthy treats are you enjoying these days?
Linking up late to alphabe-Thursday! Join the fun at Jenny Matlock's blog!
So totally love chic-0fila and so totally grateful there isn't one nearby! This looks terrific and a reason to hunt down the nearest Chic-fila!
ReplyDeleteI am embarrassed to admit that the only "treat" I allow myself these days is Activia! Actually, it tastes pretty good!
ReplyDeleteYum! I wish we had a Chic-fila nearby. I've been enjoying too many tasty treats lately...none of which have been very healthy! I keep telling myself I'm going to do better...just not sure when that will be!
ReplyDeleteOMGosh, I love Chic-Fil-A but we don't have one nearby (it's 30 minutes away) and Kyle is allergic to the peanut oil, so lets just say that it's very seldom that I get my fix. The parfait looks yummy, too :)
ReplyDeletelooks sweet, though I've never that particular treat. is it yogurt under the granola? I think I prefer peanuts instead of granola.
ReplyDeleteWe don't have chic-fil-a here. It's nice to find something decent to eat at a fast food joint though!
ReplyDeletelooks good We do not have chic-fila here :-(
ReplyDeleteWe don't have chic-fila up here - and my healthy treat these days is plain yogurt!
ReplyDeleteOooou I haven't tried those yet. I love the one's from McDonald's but I will have to go to Orlando or over to the Island to get a Chick Filet. Sounds good!~Ames
ReplyDeleteGreat double T -- why am I getting hungry now? ;)
ReplyDeleteGreetings from Germany,
Birgit
PS: See my T post here! :)
I didn't even know they had those. I bet it's yogurt? I'm not adventurous and only eat frozen yogurt. :)
ReplyDeleteI too have been on a yogurt kick. I just fill a bowl up with sliced strawberries, the yogurt and trail mix. Soo so good.
ReplyDeleteDana
It sounds like she settling into her job. What cool perks for you!
ReplyDeleteThis looks delicious and refreshing!
I'm just kind of into melons these days...they are so cheap at the market and so deliciously refreshing in our heat.
Thanks for a terrific link.
A+
That does indeed look tasty :) And for only 300 calories, I'd eat it too! Too bad Chic-fila's don't exist in Tokyo :(
ReplyDeleteMy mother in law gets that all the time, but I haven't tried it yet. I've got to! I'm loving cantaloupe lately. It's like candy to me. :)
