You might have heard of them as "No Bake Cookies", but we call them Fudgies!
We have been enjoying them for years.
They are very easy to make.
They don't always turn out the same, but they are always yummy...and gone in no time!
Of course, with a stick of butter and 2 cups of sugar...they have got to be good, right?
It's not all bad.
See...dairy, protein and fiber are added too.
The best part...no baking!
And just look at this pretty picture I took with my new camera.
It really captures the yumminess, I think!
Some of the girls I work with are getting together tomorrow for a cookie swap, so I'll be sharing lots of these. And I'll be bringing home lots and lots of other yummy cookies to enjoy with my family and friends over the holidays!
In case you wanna make some.... here's the recipe!
Enjoy...your day, the season, friends, lights, music,
and everything that makes you merry!
I am linking up with Jen at Denton Sanitorium!
I'm looking forward to reading more posts about holiday baking traditions!
Yum - I've had those and they're really really good. And now I have the recipe!
ReplyDeleteI love those cookies. They are a family favorite of ours too!!!
ReplyDeleteMy mom and I used to make these when I lived at home...I forgot about them! They are so good!
ReplyDeleteThese were always a favorite when I was a kid. But my kids don't like them--and I don't understand!
ReplyDeleteThanks for linking@!
My kids LOVE these! And it's such a simple recipe they can make them without me-perfect when my 14 year old has the itch to bake cookies & I don't have the time to stop and supervise! He loves to bake & the whole family enjoys the spoils.
ReplyDeleteYUM!!!! Wishing I had some now...
ReplyDeleteThose do look yummy. I think I may give it a try.
ReplyDeletewow, anything that only takes 15 minutes from start to finish (not to mention the stick of butter and all that sugar!) is a winner in my book!! Thanks for sharing!!
ReplyDeleteps - sorry I wasn't very clear that my "video" wasn't actually a video ... just a pretty Christmas song as pretty background music ;-) I'll be thinking of you while I'm in the post office line ... good luck!
I love these! Yum!
ReplyDeleteAnd on a separate note about today's entries for the giveaway...I've had to move them to a separate post just for the entries. I've deleted your original comment/entries left on Home Tour Tuesday and added three entries to the giveaway post...
Hope this makes sense. Should've thought this through. Wanted to keep comments about the Home Tour feature and giveaway separate!
Have a good one! Oh and can you email your email?

I grew up with no-bake cookies! I've never seen anyone else make them :) YUMMMMY!
ReplyDeleteThese are a favorite of mine. I make them every year!
ReplyDeleteThose are my mom's favorites. Yummy, I swear all you blogging baking gals are making me so hungry for sweets!!!
ReplyDeleteI've made the same recipe, but mine calls for coconut. Do you like coconut? Try and add a little next time just to see what you think. I agree, anything that is easy is a keeper in my book.
ReplyDeleteHi Jen -
ReplyDeleteI wanted to say thank you for your prayers and kind comments over on my blog...I really do appreciate your prayers and support - it means so much to me; thank you.
As for this particular post...I am SO.MAKING.THESE. Anything with a stick of butter and 2 cups of sugar has GOT to be a sure thing. ;) And the no-baking aspect is low-maintenance and perfect for someone like me! Thanks for sharing the recipe.
I'm so glad you posted this recipe Jen. I love no-bake cookies but I haven't made them myself since I was a kid. I do buy them every once in a while at a deli near my work. Usually when I am desperate for a sweet treat! I think I'll make these for Christmas!
ReplyDeleteThose are some of our favorites around here too. Your pictures of them are great! Yum!
