What do you do to break out of the funk?
Yesterday, Emily was feeling kind of dreary. She had been sick with a cold and fever since Friday night. She had been cooped up in the house for most of Friday and Saturday...She felt better on Sunday...then blah again on Monday! I'm hoping that being back at school and going into work will help.Sometimes just getting back in the routine of things is all we really need.
Maybe, I'm feeling a little blah because last week I was on such a mission....and this week I'm back to laundry and groceries and lunches and phone calls for work. Last week, I was participating in the Happy Project! Each day I had an assignment to complete. I did not get them all done, but anything is better than nothing. I enjoyed the planning and the thinking ahead and the idea that so many people would be touched this week in many ways by all of the others out there sharing a little happiness too.

The skies are clearing up outside. I'm dressed and ready to run a few errands before picking up the kiddos.
When we get home, I'll help with homework and then maybe walk the dog!
Fresh air and running behind the dog...should most definately help!
