Letters to a stranger and my shoes?

Dear Stranger,
I am so glad you came along when you did. My daughter and her friend were on their way to school when the car stalled in the middle of the intersection.Thank you so much for your kindness and for pushing the car to safety in the parking lot across the street. They were a little nervous...so I hope they both remembered to thank you too.

Dear Winter,
Where are you? I can sense that you are near, but your sporadic appearances have me opening and closing windows and adjusting and readjusting the thermostat much too often. Yesterday, I sneezed at least 26 times. Please make one big snowy showing, leaving behind a friendly snowman and lots of happy neighborhood kids. Then you will be free to go...and send Spring in right behind you.

Dear Running Shoes,
I know you were super surprised yesterday when I actually took you out for a run. I mean you are still new and you probably thought by now, you were going to be able to enjoy your next few months just leisurely walking through the trails behind that sniffy dog. And we are going out again today...without the dog.

Dear Flo!
What is your real name? You look so much like a "Flo" it is hard to imagine you as anything else. My family loves you and agrees that you are the best insurance agent in the world. Can we meet in real life for lunch to discuss all of our insurance options now that Emily is only a month and a half from 16!

Dear Tarheel fans,
You must be devastated! I can't believe I almost missed the ending of that big game. My favorite part was the very ending...you know right at the buzzer....when the coaches and parents started jumping up and down and cheering and fist pumping! You gotta love that feeling.

All my best!

L is for Letters and letters are fun. I should write them more often!
Enjoy your day and head on over to Jenny Matlock's blog for more alphabe-Thursday fun!
