I have had so much fun this semester in Jenny Matlock's class! She is a great teacher and she is very generous with her grades!
Having to write a post prompted by a specific letter of the alphabet has been a challenge, but it has also been rewarding. I have writen about things that I know I would not have written about otherwise. I have pulled out the dictionary and the thesaurus more this year than in the last 10 combined. I have searched google images and my recent and old pics. I have brainstormed...and I have even heard my children say...
"This would make a great "?insert letter here?" post!
I have also met some new blogging friends and I have enjoyed reading some really fun and creative posts on all sorts of things, as you can imagine!
I am so excited that I was able to stay on task for the entire alphabet! Next week we will be starting the alphabet over again. If you have ever thought about joining in....this would be a great time.
You will love the class...and may I also say...it is an easy A!!!

ReplyDeleteI'm with you, but I dropped in mid-semester! I've tried to use words that are not part of my everyday vocabulary and life!
ReplyDeleteI can't imagine not writing about a letter on Thursdays anymore! I think it has really helped me grow as a writer and develop new friendships too.
