She asked some questions to which I gave answers.
Here goes:
1. If you could pick your career what would it be and why?
Let's see. Maybe a news anchor or meteorologist. I would like to have Ann Curry or Al Roker's job on the Today Show. They always look like they are having so much fun!
2. If you could visit any country where would you go?
Austria. I love the scenery in The Sound of Music!
3. If you could talk to God what would be one thing you would say/ask for?
Safety for my family!
4. What is the one thing you have done in your life that you are most proud of and why?
Going back to nursing school. It gave me the chance to have a flexible job while raising my children.
5. What is your favorite color?
Green.
6. Sum your life up in one sentence.
Life is really hard...God is really good...so really "Life is Good!"
7. If you could do over one thing in your life what would it be and why?
No looking back, but I really should've taken at least 3 years of Spanish.
8. If you could spend the day with anyone living or dead who would it be an why?
My dad. We would go out to lunch and then he'd come with me to watch Emily's game and then he'd come back to my house...and tinker around until my ice maker and my garage door opener were fixed! I miss him very much.
Now I'm supposed to ask some questions and tag a few of you!
Here are my questions?
1. What was your favorite subject in school?
2. Do you prefer the Ocean or the Mountains?
3. What is your birth order... or are you an only child, like me?
4. What is your most productive time of the day?
5. Describe the perfect Saturday.
6. Do you get the Flu vaccine?
7. Is there anything that you really wish you could do?
8. If you could be a contestant/participant on any reality show, which would it be?
Now for the tagging part!
This may be cheating a bit, but since I know some of you don't like this sort of thing....
If you are reading this and you want to be tagged, please raise your hand!!!
If you are raising your hand....you're TAGGED!
So answer my questions...then ask some of your own.
Thanks Punk Rock Momma. This was fun!
And thanks to those of you who raised your hands!
I'm looking forward to reading your answers!
I'm looking forward to reading your answers!
Have a great week!
You're right...Ann and Al always look like they're having FUN!
ReplyDeleteI was an only child until I was 10...so I have a lot of characteristics of an only child. Did you like being an only child? Just wondering...I always wonder if my son wishes he had siblings...although he never says anything. I guess you can't miss what you don't know, right?
I love your #6.
ReplyDeleteI miss my dad too! :(
I'm an only child, too!
ReplyDeleteHey! We have a lot in common. Favorite color, time spent with passed love one and nursing. My mantra is "No Regrets". I try to live by it, but sometimes it just doesn't apply.
ReplyDeleteFind me a person that has no regrets in life and I'll tell you that person doesn't exist.
Have a great day friend.
Glad to get to know these things about you!
ReplyDeleteNursing is great for that flexible schedule. I too miss a loved one, but in my case it's my Mom. Love the color green:) Have a great day my friend.
ReplyDeleteooh ooh! I'm raising my hand! I love these kinds of things. It was fun reading your answers and learning a little more about you. I will take the questions you asked and answer them in a post on my blog today. (I'll probably steal your idea of leaving the tagging part openended for anyone who wants answer too.)
ReplyDeleteI can so relate to #8. My dad was a Mr. Fix-It too. I've been thinking about him a lot recently. I think it's because fall brings me back into the kitchen and that's where my dad always was. He was also an unbelievable cook.
