Patriarch's Chicken Salad

Patriarch’s Chicken Salad
(Named after the Bible Study I was in when
I discovered it....and brought it to the luncheon.)

6 cups chopped cooked chicken
3 cups sliced red or green grapes
1 cup toasted almonds
2 celery ribs, diced
3 green onions, minced
¾ cups light mayo
¼ cup sour cream
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper

Stir all together in a large bowl. Chill. Serves 6-8.

To cook the chicken…boil water to a rapid boil, add chicken. Boil again and cook for about 3 minutes. Remove from heat, cover and let sit for 1 hour.
