Cable knit and leggings...and a fun Wal-Mart find!

Here...In North Carolina, the temperature has been all over the place. In the last several days, you could have worn your flip flops and tank tops....and 3 days later your fleece leggings and wool coat.

The air conditioning may have been on inside, but I was happy in my cable knit and cozy leggings. It is winter and Christmas and I do not want to wear my flip flops!

On Sunday, we were running a few Christmas errands and we made a quick stop in Wal-Mart. 

Emily talked me into buying her this fun head band. I am so glad she did!  The next day when I wore it, I got 2 random compliments and one "where did you get your cute headband?"

I love to shop for clothes in Target, but I'm all about Wal-Mart prices.... mostly for pet supplies and shampoo and such. Sometimes, when I have a few minutes, I venture into the clothing aisles. One day last summer, I found this cute tank top for around 8 bucks. Wearing it under a cardigan with jeans and boots makes it last throughout the year.

I'm looking forward to more cold weather...like hat and glove wearing, snow man making cold weather. I know many of you have some...send it our way!
