Christmas Chow!

We love to share a little Christmas goodie with our neighbors each year. I do the making and the kids do the delivering! This year, it was a little bag of Christmas Chow tied up with ribbon and a festive ornament.
We always get lots of goodies from our neighbors too!

Christmas Chow

Ingredients:
9 Cups Chex cereal
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

In large bowl, measure cereal; set aside.
In a microwave save bowl, combine morsels, peanut butter, and butter. Cook on high 1 minute. Stir. Continue to heat 30 sec, stir, until mixture is smooth when stirred.
Pour mixture over cereal and toss to coat.
Put coated cereal in a 2 gallon bag, add powdered sugar and shake to coat.
Spread on waxed paper to cool.
