Small Town Living!

Living in a small town has it's perks!
Friday evening we celebrated the arrival of summer with a movie night in the park.
Parents were picnicing, kids were playing games, dancing and running around, vendors were selling snowcones and popcorn....and just after dusk, everyone settled down in chairs and on blankets to watch the feaure film...The Spy Next Door.
Our little town has a festival in the park each weekend. Sometimes its a beach band with volleyball tourneys and sandcastle building contests. Sometimes its the symphony. Other times its carnival rides and bounce houses. No matter what the theme....it always feels very welcoming and friendly and fun!

We just love raising our family in this small town!
Enjoy your week!

  4. I love small towns too. I love where I live, and it's not HUGE, but some days I do long for a really tiny, quiet community to live in.

Sounds like a fun night for you! :)
