Quick and Easy Vegetable Soup

Nothing fancy,but the kids will eat it!

Vegetable Soup

1 can chicken broth (14 oz)
1 can V8 juice (11.5 oz)
1 cup water
1 large potato, diced
2 carrots, sliced
2 celery stalks, diced
1 can of green beans, drained
1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
1 can Lima beans, drained
1 can of corn, drained
salt and pepper to taste
Creole seasoning to taste
Alphabet pasta if desired

In a large stock pot, combine all ingredients.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 min. or longer until all vegetables are tender.
Perfect with grilled cheese sandwiches on a snowy winter day!
